Meredith McNeelyPhilanthropy and Community Relations Director
Meredith McNeely was raised in Dallas, Texas where she was active in a variety of Philanthropy organizations. She served as a volunteer for Scottish Rite for Children for over a decade. She attended Baylor University for college and received her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies. She returned to Dallas after graduation to work at Parkland Hospital as a Certified Child Life Specialist with the smallest of children in the Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit. During her time in the NNICU at Parkland, Meredith’s interest in the nursing field grew. She returned to Baylor to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Upon graduation, she practiced nursing at Children’s Medical Center in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit before transitioning to back Scottish Rite for Children where she was an RN Coordinator for the Ambulatory Care Clinic, specifically for the Chief of Staff. The opportunity to serve on staff for the Carrell Clinic Foundation has brought Meredith’s Child Life and Nursing careers together to build awareness of the needs of these patients throughout the Dallas community. When not raising awareness of this incredible foundation, Meredith is spending time with her husband and growing family, friends, or busy creating floral arrangements.
